Bio:
Elizabeth Hirsh, MS Educational Psychology has been involved in consulting, counseling, career development/coaching, and MBTI® training for more than twenty years.  She has provided guidance to people and organizations locally, nationally, and internationally.  She has worked with for-profit, non-profit, and educational institutions and has a particular fondness for those grappling with their sense of purpose and striving to make their careers work for them.  Her experience counseling students at college, as well as working in the career center of a major international financial organization employing many lawyers, made clear that what usually causes people the most trouble is not the curriculum or the tasks required but a lack of understanding of the self, others and how this lack shapes people’s choices.  Making conscious what has gone unnoticed helps people to better understand themselves, their colleagues and their career path.  Seeing things from this expanded perspective fosters maturity, resilience and greater effectiveness and this is why Elizabeth is enthusiastic to be part of the team making the Mentoring Report a reality.
